Deadline & Fees

There is a general transportation fee** of $15 per delegate.

Early Registration:  January 1st - July 31st

Conference Fee per Delegation: $50

Conference Fee per Delegate: $60 total ($25 due upfront)

 

Regular Registration:  August 1st - October 14th

Conference Fee per Delegation: $50

Conference Fee per Delegate: $70 total ($35 due upfront)

 

Late Registration:  October 15th - October 30th

Conference Fee per Delegation: $50 

Conference Fee per Delegate: $75 total ($50 due upfront)

 

Registration will only be completed after your deposit and all required information fm your delegation has been received. A portion of the conference fee per delegate ($25 for early, $35 for regular, or $50 dollars for late registration) and the complete $50 delegation fee are due together as a non-refundable deposit. Committee assignments will only be given out after registration is completed. The remaining balance of the conference fees must be paid in full by Thursday, November 2, 2017.

**The optional transportation fee is only applicable to delegations staying in the contracted hotel that wish to use transportation provided by CIAC to and from the contracted hotel for conference events. If you have any questions regarding the transportation fee, please feel free to contact finance@ciaconline.org.

If a delegation chooses to cancel its online registration and does not do so in a reasonably timely manner (at the discretion of the Secretary-General and the Director of Finance), it is still responsible for its non-refundable deposit.
