Reservation Deadline

The cutoff date for reservations is September 23, 2026.

Reservations made after the cutoff date will be accepted based on availability and will be subject to the hotel's regular prevailing rates.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid a cancellation charge, reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival may be subject to a charge.

We encourage delegates to reserve their rooms before the September 23 cutoff date to ensure access to the conference room block and the special rate.
